Complaints and refunds
In case of complaint, damage during delivery, error in data transfer or any other defect, please contact us within two working days of receipt of the shipment. The buyer is obliged to send a complaint by e-mail to info@indiaoncart.com or in writing within the legal deadline of 14 days to the address: MariNoa Pvt Ltd, Užarska 28, 51000 Rijeka
The user acquires the right to complain if:
- The product is not delivered according to the instructions in the order
- The delivered product does not meet the standards
- The product was damaged during delivery
Upon receipt of the product, checking the correctness of the order depends on the buyer, and the buyer is obliged to compare the received items with the invoice, if something is missing, it is necessary to note immediately because subsequent complaints will not be considered.
All these complaints will be resolved in agreement with the customer or recipient of the product as soon as possible.
Written objection

The online store www.indiaoncart.com is owned by MariNoa Pvt Ltd. MariNoa Pvt Ltd, enables the use of services and content of the website www.indiaoncart.com is regulated by these Terms of Purchase.
Basic Terms
In terms of these terms of purchase, the customer is a natural or legal person who orders at least one product, fills in the required information and pays for the ordered product.
If data on the legal entity are entered in the data on the buyer, then the buyer is considered a legal entity, and the natural person whose data are entered is considered the authorized person of the buyer.
Personal Information of Customers/Users
For a valid product order, the person filling the order must be over 18 years of age (legal capacity).
The buyer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data entered during registration.
MariNoa Pvt Ltd reserves the right to change these terms of purchase and may change them without prior notice but undertakes to notify all registered users via e-mail addresses entered during registration.

Retail and Action Price
MariNoa Pvt Ltd, undertakes the responsibility to display the amount of the retail price clearly, visibly, and legibly in accordance with Article 7 of the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette 41/14). MariNoa Pvt Ltd, will periodically, in accordance with its decision, put certain products on sale at a price lower than the price of these products in regular sales or under special conditions that will be clearly indicated on this website, and the same undertakes clearly visible and legible. mark and state the duration of the promotional sale and special offer. After the expiration of the promotional sale or special offer, no orders will be accepted under the conditions relating to the expired promotional sale.
Product and Availability
Product data at www.indiaoncart.com is based on a database obtained by MariNoa Pvt Ltd from the manufacturer, as well as data from our other suppliers.
Photographs of products are illustrative in nature and do not always and in all details correspond to the products that are the subject of the order. MariNoa Pvt Ltd, especially points out that the visual identity of the product shown in the photo does not have to match the appearance of the product, and especially considering the monitor settings on the customer's computer, differences in color perception as the customer sees them on the screen and the like.
In the case of the above discrepancy between the product shown in the photo and the delivered product - this is not a lack of product.
Product data (product description, price, etc.) displayed on the website www.indiaoncart.com are subject to display errors (bugs), irregularities in the operation of the application, other technical irregularities, typographical errors, etc. In case of obvious errors or malfunctions in the view product information displayed at www.indiaoncart.com , MariNoa Pvt Ltd reserves the right to terminate the contract unilaterally.
The subject of the order can only be products for which the order states that they are available in the warehouse.
Placement of the Order and Delivery
Products are ordered by selecting, using the menu and filling out a very simple electronic form on MariNoa Pvt Ltd's online store. The customer can order and purchase the product as a registered or unregistered user. The product is considered ordered when the customer goes through the entire ordering process. The customer can also order the desired products by phone.
The customer can pay for the ordered products through MariNo Pvt ltd's online store in the following ways:
- Electronic banking
- Payment through transaction on account
- Cash on delivery with delivery costs as calculated and communicated transparently
The order is considered processed in case of payment by e-banking, general payment, and/or cash on delivery
MariNoa Pvt Ltd reserves the right to prevent the buyer from paying by cash on delivery if it assumes that the buyer does not intend to pay for the goods upon delivery, in which case the same buyer will be offered payment by general payment slip (to the transaction account).
At the time the order is received, MariNoa Pvt Ltd will notify the customer electronically in the form of an e-mail that the order has been received or that the product has been successfully ordered.
If the customer does not receive the notification from the previous paragraph, it is suggested to check:
- The message is in the Junk / Spam folder
- Is the mailbox full
- Contact us at info@indiaoncart.com or via phone on + 385 242 9999 to know the status of the order
In the case of payment by e-banking and general payment, the contract is considered concluded at the time when MariNoa Pvt Ltd receives confirmation that the amount of the order has been paid.
If the product is ordered and e-banking or general payment is chosen as the method of payment, MariNoa Pvt Ltd undertakes to reserve the product in the warehouse for 3 working days, not including Saturday. After the expiration of 3 working days from the receipt of the order, MariNoa Pvt Ltd does not guarantee the availability of the product.
The Purchase Process in MariNoa Pvt Ltd Internet Trade
By selecting each product next to it, the details are printed - product name, short description, price and whether it is available in stock.
By selecting an individual product, it is included in the "Cart" menu.
The prices displayed on the pages next to each product are valid for all forms of payment and are expressed in already included state taxes. By accessing the "Cart" menu, the customer gets an insight into the selected products, their quantity and price. Here they can update the quantity and view the total price of selected products.
The customer accesses the order form in which he is obliged to enter personal data. If the customer's personal data differs from the recipient's personal data, he is obliged to indicate the recipient's data by selecting the specified option.
When ordering, all customers on www.indiaoncart.com are charged for delivery (performed by the DPD delivery service), regardless of the selected quantity and the total amount of ordered products.
After receiving the data from the order, the notification that the customer's order has been received will be displayed on the screen, and the customer will receive a special notification about the receipt of the order electronically to the specified e-mail address.
If the form of payment is payment by e-banking or general payment slip, and www.indiaoncart.com does not have the ordered product due to lack of goods in stock, the buyer will be notified within a reasonable time and MariNoa Pvt Ltd will refund the funds paid.
In the case of the above payment, the buyer is responsible and bears the risk for the accuracy and truthfulness of the submitted data, given that www.indiaoncart.com will make a refund in accordance with the submitted data.
Collection of Ordered Products
All prices are expressed in the national currency of the Republic of Croatia, Croatian kuna (kn), including taxes. In case of payment by e-banking and general payment slip, the costs of payment and/or interbank transaction are not included in the price.
Delivery
Products can be ordered for delivery in the Republic of Croatia, according to the conditions that apply to each delivery area. Delivery in the territory of the Republic of Croatia is performed through the delivery service (DPD) selected by MariNoa Pvt Ltd and it is charged for customers www.indiaoncart.com .
MariNoa Pvt Ltd undertakes to deliver the ordered product within 8 working days, but delivery is in practice done within 4 working days.
Delivery is performed in accordance with the conditions of use of the delivery service and is considered completed at the time of delivery of the product to the delivery service.
If the product sent to the customer or recipient is returned to the warehouse of MariNoa Pvt Ltd because the delivery service failed to make the delivery, the customer will be notified by e-mail and will be offered the following options:
- At the request of the customer by e-mail, the ordered product is delivered again to the address of the customer or recipient
- To pick up the ordered product at the address agreed with the delivery service, with prior telephone agreement on the pick-up date
If the customer does not respond to the e-mail sent to him within 3 days and selects one of the offered options, the selected product will be sent to the customer's address by the delivery service.
When MariNoa Pvt Ltd delivers the product to the customer or recipient via the delivery service, the customer or recipient is obliged to pick it up by signing the delivery note, which confirms that the product has been properly delivered.
Material Deficiencies of the Product
MariNoa Pvt Ltd is responsible for material defects in the products it sells on its website, in accordance with the legal regulations of the Republic of Croatia, and in particular the Law on Obligations.
The ordered products are packaged in such a way that they are not damaged by the usual handling in transport/delivery.
If the shipment is damaged in transit, such damage is visible when taking over the shipment, in which case we suggest that the shipment is not picked up by the buyer. We ask customers to contact us so that we can check the condition of the shipment as soon as possible and send a new one.
Right to Return of Products and Refund
The buyer has the right to return the product and request a refund if the product/packaging is damaged.
The buyer must ensure:
- that the product packaging is undamaged
- that none of the contents of the product packaging is missing
