Ingredients :
- 2 teaspoons of holy basil seeds
- 1 Falooda mix
- 500 ml of fresh semi-skimmed whole milk
- 2 tablespoons of white sugar
- Separate 2 cardamoms
- 2 tablespoons of rose syrup
- 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
- crushed pistachios or almonds
Method:
Mix a small bag of Moth jelly in 100 ml of boiling water and let it set.
Mix the Falooda mix into 500 ml of milk and bring to a boil. Mix continuously.
Remove from heat.
Keep in the refrigerator and let it cool.
Cut the motha jelly into small cubes.
Place the jelly cubes in a glass and add the falooda mix.
For a better taste, add 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream.
